I am having also this problem. I see the post was done in 2024, does someone knows a solution to this issue? I also tried sign in in and out, etc.

I connected my Behringer Xenyx q1002 usb mixer to my laptop to do some home recording in ableton and it works well. But when I swithc to spotify or open a youtube video while having Ableton open, it won´t reproduce any audio. Only when I close ableton then the audio reproduce and I can hear it ...

I am considering getting the Intro edition but for what I can see online there is also a possibilitty to upgrade later to Standard version without paying the full price of the Standard version, but I haven´t find the final price. Can someone help me out with this?

I actually found out that the problem was the usb conection from my computer to the zoom audio interface, that simple. I use a multi usb adaptor so I simply change the usb entry of my zoom to another slot and problem solved.
