The "tempo" is always displayed once I touched the encoder.
I've noticed that if I remove the encoder's cap it disapears. If I put it back on it displays again.
Anyone noticed any similarity?

Is there a way to change the Env<Vel parameter on Analog device with Push 3?

You need to single click on the Signal level meter. If there is no input then try to find it with your mouse.
User manual, page 13, number 8 on the picture.
