Took them ages to respond to me

Thanks mate, hopefully they can sort it in software for you but the more I used the device the more I felt it had loads of issues of which some are hardware, I am sending it back for a refund and may look at it again later down the line when everything has been ironed out.

About to return mine and in the uk, did you get it sorted

Still there on mine, not acceptable for £1700 you expect it to be pristine instead it’s riddled with issues including hardware! Sending mine back

I’ve already asked to return it and clear some of the issues have cannot be fixed in software and not prepared to spend £1700 with those faults, they haven’t responded so chased again!

No usb cable either and support never reply!

Yep, can return within 30 days just quote your invoice number when raising the ticket.

marks on the black surface have started appearing that won’t wipe off so looks like it scratches easily
