I've raised a support ticket, asked if they would do a build with AVX extensions only, otherwise to offer for a refund.
I was refunded... So I guess that means that, for now at least, they are not going to support us guys.

I'm having the same problem on Windows 10 :( FWIW I'm running Dual Xeon processors with 8 cores each, yielding 32 HT processors, and 64gb ram.

Installed as administrator, rebooted, run as administrator, it fails. Reinstall same problem. I am installing offline.
