Just did all that and unfortunately no success. Removed all max 4 live devices and froze every other track using plugins (im using massive) and the problem still persists.

Does it still happen with granulator 3 removed from the set?

Just gave it a test run then. Removed all granulator devices and around the 30-45min mark the memory usage spiked up and I had the "your system has run out of application memory" warning pop up again.
