I tried the fix from OscManTor and that got it to launch, albeit very, very slowly. It took probably 5-10 mins to start up. Once started, it felt laggy but I didn't dive too far into it yet.
My CPU is a Intel i7 2600k.
It's a tough call as if I activate the license for that computer then I'm kind ...
