actually, this brings to mind an important issue: can they actually legally NOT implement it? Seeing as they marketed and sold the program with false premises, can they legally NOT implement it? sigh... fixed it by setting the tempo of the project to 75 instead of 150 BPM... guess it works for now.. but surely the non-scaling of automation when changing the tempo of a MIDI clip is wrong? Oh well, back to work

Augh, please help! I have a song at 150 BPM. I import a MIDI track that a friend recorded in Cubase into Live (8.2.8 Mac OS X ) and the Orig. BPM of the clip is all screwed up. It says "115 BPM" and is played twice as fast as it should.. if I double the tempo the track aligns perfectly (23...

Hmm... I can't seem to figure this out. I have a MIDI clip which I just recorded a groove and some knob tweaks. Lets just say I got a bit carried away and thus I want to remove all the recorded CC's and start over (but keeping the notes). So... where can I remove ALL the automations in a clip? I can...

I use program changes.. just create a dummy clip with a program change of f. ex. 1 (to play scene 1, 2 to play scene 2 etc.) and set up maschine vst to accept program changes as MIDI control.. voila!

ps. yeah, I use maschine as a vst inside live. export / drag and drop still works as expected
