This solved it for me:

update the Iota pack - update m4l (should be 8.6.2) - Open Live's Preferences → File Folder → Max Application
Click Browse, locate the standalone version of Max, then click Open
Restart Live

Did you already update the pack?

You can find pack updates at the bottom of the Packs section in Live's browser.
