Ups, I found it. Each clip can have it's own quantisation.
This setting can be found by clicking on the "L" (Launch) at the left bottom of the clip view.
I knew it will be obvious...

This is maybe a stupid beginner question, but is it possible to set a different quantisation for each track?
I understand that I can set the global quantisation for example to 1/4 and each clip will launch at a quarter of the bar.
