I am running Ableton Live 11 - CPU Usage below 5%.
Ableton Live 12 Suite Trial minimum 30% even when nothing is running.
--> It is aproblem with Live 12 for me and I wont upgrade until it is solved.

CPU: i9 9900k
RAM: 32GB
OS: Win 11 Pro 23H2
