I believe it’s only on Max Live but I’m not sure, it’s under
Utility > Audio Effect Rack > Mixing and Mastering > Dusty Desert Roads I’ve looked for in in my current version but it’s not under any packs for download

It's an audio effect rack preset that's included in the 11 trail.
