I just discovered that I can see the macros just fine if I save the Instrument Rack as a preset and then create a new track with the preset. So I'm guessing this is some sort of bug that happens when you are setting things up and grouping the tracks together.

This is for Push 3 in standalone. Version 2.1.5.

On a Drum Rack I can add a Delay effect on a pad. I can then map parameters of the Delay to the Drum Rack macros. I've marked this in red on the picture.
