Soo update.. Got it working, The Audio output channel was set to USB Wave. I switched it to USB DX and now shes clear as a bell.. a lot of typing for nothing, but i will leave this thread up incase someone gets as dumb as i did lol

And also, the more I think of it, this may have been after I updated to 12.. because I do use headphones when im on the go. so maybe I trashed a UR12 for nothing lol i had it for years, I figured it had died.. But this Focus rite is doing the same thing lol.. Now that im back in the studio trying to ...

Also side note- if i unplug my USB feeding the audio interface and then my monitors, and just play off of the laptop speakers or headphones, the project plays fine.. so it has to do with bit rate / CPU / buffer / not sure

So I had issues with my UR-12 interface, so I Replaced it with a Focusrite Scarlett solo. Also running live 12.

I Have a HP laptop running 64 bit window OS with the following specs:

i5 6500U @ 2.4 GHz
32 GB RAM
128MB Graphics card - GPU?
1.5 TB partitioned, so i keep the system side ...
