I haven't looked through these yet, but this'd be a good place to start...

Re: Windows 7
One workaround that I did back before I had a Win7 audio driver...
Download the Vista SP1 driver. Right-click on the installer, select Properties, select Compatibility, and run it as Vista SP1. Also, you can Run As Administrator just in case.
Might work in the meantime!'

Re: Soundcloud can't make waveform
I had the same problem. I read in the SoundCloud forums that there is a queue for the waveforms, so I just waited a few hours and it eventually appeared.
As awesome as they are, I think that SoundCloud needs more infrastructure. =)

The OS performs ...

Re: Myspace or Dedicated Webpage?
I agree 100% with Slowdancer. Set up a Wordpress page (possibly re-skinning one of the themes with your own graphics), then integrate SoundCloud into it. More info on that... http://blog.soundcloud.com/2009/08/13/soundcloud-gets-full-wordpress-com-integration/ That is by far the fastest and easiest ...

Re: recommend me CD decks? (probly 4use with a DVS)
I would definitely recommend the CDJ-800. I have owned both the Mk1's and the Mk2's. The main difference between them is that the Mk2 plays mp3 CDs (which is completely useless for those of us that use DVS setups). The Mk2 also has the newer/tighter jog wheel to it, which is a pretty big plus. With ...

Continuing with my mythical mammals theme... --Matt you totally have to upload hires versions of that. at least 1440x900 :) Unfortunately that was the maximum resolution that both of those images were found at. I could give it a go with a fractal-based resizing program like Alien Skin's "Blow ...

I am also in Brooklyn and looking for people to collaborate with, learn from, teach, share beats, and basically rock the fuck out.
