I had the same problem as Ivosplash but only with the digidesign drivers. The distortion went with the asio set.
However, when I went back to pro tools I couldnt get analogue outputs 3 and 4 to work. None of the adat outputs worked at all. I had to reinstall pro tools to remedy the problem ...
