@scottie, the displayed prices are going to be changing around launch, or on launch day. Ableton has mentioned this in a few threads, though I can't find links right now

chrome is awesome, but sucks for anyone who's using ff for it's web developer support.

no firebug, no "web developer add-on" equivalent, etc.

otherwise, chrome is by far the better of the two browsers. a lack of update pop-ups being among it's flagship "features", ha

For the most part yes. Whatever is handling your DSP has to work harder, faster, and very likely better/stronger.

It's CMD on a Mac to do the finer envelope drawing with the pencil tool, so it's prolly CTRL on a Windows machine.

I'm assuming both the desktop and laptop are running Windows XP. It'll work just fine. Just make sure that when you plug in the external drive, to assign it a drive letter like Z: or I: or something way down the line from C: or D: drive.
