i too heart my MD/UW. the only thing i would add is that the MD feels more like an instrument than any other drum machine i have ever encountered. writing on the MD is very fluid.

So what are you doing here reading the forum? Shouldn't you be out saving the world or something?

there is a two different models both old and new, SPS-1 (non UW) and SPS-1UW. the MKI and MKII's just refer to the edition. does that make sense?
