Thanks for that - as always a simple thing that is easy to overlook!

My drummer has Roland V-Drums connected to Kontakt in Live 4 and we get the same problem. My answer is to set the looping mode of each sample to "one shot" - this sorts it if you are using Konakt. If you are using Simpler setting a long release time also works for me, not sure why it doesn't for you ...

Live 4 is an excellent upgrade and the adition of MIDI is excellent, however there are a couple of things which I find important that have been left out of the update;
