I have been working on a live set in 9.0.6 in the arrange window that has suddenly become totally greyed out. I am unable to play anything now. Has anyone had this? Is there a fix?

I've had this problem for a while. When I listen to a file in the 'File Browser' tempo warping is being applied.. this makes it very difficult to hear how some of the files are meant to sound.

Can I turn this tempo-adjusting function off?? (I am able to change the tempo this then changes my whole ...

what specifically doesn't work with OVR?

Did you make a 1 bar loop?

When I record, The middle note editor in the 'clip view' section (down the bottom) doesnt loop on a bar, it just records linearly (such as a normal sequencer would do).

I want to be able to record in the same fashion as shown ...

That has been on all along. So that doesnt seem to be the problem. Anyone other ideas?

Im trying to record a midi loop.. the problem Im experiencing is that I want it to keep recording the same 1 bar loop over and over, until I get it right. Instead it just records in a linear fashion for as long as I play.

How can I record in a 1 or 2 bar loop fashion?

I have an Edirol PCR-M50 keyboard which I would like to hook up to LIve6. When I open the 'MIDI SYNC' window in preferences tho, there is no Edirol in the 'control surface' pop down window? Am i missing something? How can I use my keyboard?

Any help greatly appreciated.

After installing the 4mb "operator" download from this page, I was left with a number of folders on my desktop which look as though they should be with the program instead. Where should I place the folders named "Clips" and "Demo Songs"?

When I click on any of the Ableton effects 'open arrows' it doesnt open to show any available presets.. where would they be?

what's happening to me is that even without the song play some sample play back at much faster or slower speeds than the original.. often with awful sounding artifacts. so its impossible to tell if a sample is what i need without loading the thing. any way around that?
