My main problem : Why can't I insert a MIDI clip in my MIDI track ??? And how do I make drums with Addictive ?

I'm pretty new to Ableton and I tried to make some drum tracks on it by pasting drum samples into separate tracks (for exaple kick in track 1, snare in track 2, hh in track 3 etc.) but it's really stressful. In the past I've been using Project 5 and it's Velocity made drum making a piece of cake ...
