I've reported it against the 7.0.1 demo, and indicated that it's a showstopper for me. No response yet. (Although I did receive an initial response, suggesting that I try the demo version to see if the defect was real).

In many applications, this behaviour is caused by a recent Windows hotfix, installed by Windows update. I can't speak to Live 4; but reaktor was hit by a similar problem (ensemble files not being loaded when double-clicking). The report that this *DOES* work seems a bit suspect. At this point, there are many reports of the issue with Reaktor, and only one report that it works properly.

I've tried it myslef with Live 7.0.1 and reaktor 5.1.4 (current version). No keyboard input.

Just tried it with Live 7.0.1 (demo).

Confirmed. I get no keyboard input in reaktor when using Live 7.0.1 (demo) + reaktor 5.1.4. Pretty much renders reaktor useless in Live. :-(

So, to be clear. Can I *build* in Live with this defect? Do the keyboard keys work, or is it just cursor keys?

If I can't rename pins and macros, in reaktor, or type into the info panel this is a serious show-stopper for me. That would mean I can't build at all in Live.

Any updates on this issue? This is definitely showstopper for me. Reaktor is my main instrument when using live. I can't upgrade while this bug is outstanding.
