i've the same problem with my oxygen49 in live 7 (not 6).
the master key is connected via USB and use own drivers, so is not releated with the midi interface latency.
i use same settings for 6 and 7 but the latency remain on 7..

i've not al7 here but you can try changeing the midi port type in MME ...

changeing from live 6 to 7, i've note a very high latency using my oxygen49 midi USB keyboard.
i'm using kx driver for soundblaster live! on this computer, but oxygen sice is an usb device have him own drivers installed.
