Great idea, thanks for the tip. I just tried opening a new set and ran 3 tracks with the Fabfilter synth. Usage stayed at 3%... any other ideas?

Freezing tracks and CPU usage
Macbook 2Ghz Intel, 2GB RAM Live 7.0.15 NI Pro-53 Fabfilter One Never had problems with CPU usage before, but my latest track is cutting out. The Fabfilter synth is new, so I'm guessing it's the cause. I've frozen every track but the drums and CPU usage is still at 55 - 80% without even playing anyt...

Bump anybody know why MIK converts the name to chinese sometimes? just email yakov at mik, he'll sort you out. support is excellent. The Chinese characters are most likely caused by faulty ID3 tags in the file. You can use iTunes or if you're on a PC any number of freeware ID3 tag editors to conver...

I wish I could be of more help, but we haven't heard of a better way to do this other than adding the key and BPM to the filename.
