Hi there, I've just downloaded and installed Live Suite 11.3.10 on my mac but still my Push 3S does not display any available update. On the software tab i read: Push 1.1.2 Ableton Live 11 Suite (11.3.4) Firmware 1.0.69 User Mode is not available. Already restarted Push several times, disconnected ...

I use it with Logic, works great.
With Live it works over Mackie protocol (see MC Mix docs).

Pro Tools also is a 32 bits application with the same limits.Vovin wrote:... but unfortunately it's a 32bit program and only uses 4GB of RAM. ...
But of course with 64 bits you make much better sounding music

I use my fireface 400 as preamp, think that's ok. Preamp should be as neutral as possible.

Good microphone for sample recording?
I'm looking to buy a decent microphone to recording samples for further processing in Live (like done in the Granulator video). Looks the best type for this application is a small diaphragm condensor type. Any recomendations for a good (but not extremly expensive) one?
