I'm a maroon. I must have deleted all the files in one of my clean up rampages.

I downloaded and installed the update a second time and it reinstalled the library and all its files.

I don't know how I did it, but I somehow deleted the preset files in a clean up frenzy. I reloaded LIVE 6.05, the update, and it installed a new library.

All is well, I'm a maroon for not figuring this out.

I don't know what I've done but somehow I can no longer locate any presets or wave files.

When I load an impulse instrument, for example, the midi track shows the impulse instrument, but when I try to select a preset, there are no files under presets in the browser.

I did set the library ...

I don't know how I hosed things up, but Live is not finding any presets or samples. When I load an Impulse into a midi slot, I get the Impulse, but no samples, and no presets show in the browser list.

I found the Library location on my computer, and set the preference to this location, but still ...

Now I'll rule the universe. Mwaaaa hhaaaa haaaa .

Well. At least I'll be able to make my FCB1010 do what I think I want it to.

Behringer's FCB Manual is one of the worst I've seen. Its like someone who knows all about midi and sysex and such wrote a manual for people who already understand all of that. TS if you don't know it yet.

Its a very versatile piece of gear, so I can understand that its difficult to write a manual ...

You are right about selecting the bank and the preset in the Virtual FCB1010. To set a footswitch to send a NOTE command you select the NOTE check box, and enter the NOTE number. Unforntuately, you can't tell it 'send C#'. It needs you to tell it the MIDI number for that note. Do a quick search of ...

I just got an FCB1010 as well, and it is a bear to program. The tutorials here are a great help, but even then its confusing.

Divide and conquer! First, get CCs or notes programmed onto the presets on the FCB1010. That's probably where you are having trouble.

I just got my FCB1010 figured out, and it sorta defeats the purpose of having the thing programmed to do things handsfree when you have to keep mousing the control or focus back to the grid.

I have an Ozone, and as I recall its an audio interface too. That means it has a volume control on it that is not midi controlled or assignable. If I remember correctly, it has a headphone output and a main output, with a knob for each.
