got it to work , not sure which did the trick, but defined the osc target in lemur ipad (besides the midi target) and also went into max5 and set the path to the mu directory.
Then reloaded and bang, the patch was automaticaly pushed to my ipad and it started updating.

Need some help here to.

- have live (latest version) and max4live lastest version
- downloaded mu template , unpacked directory , loaded mu template into template editor (via open project) amd send to ipad lemur app.
- disconnected lemur editor from ipad lemur
- activated the track and remote ...

Maybe a bit late, but normaly when something like this (eg complete folder or important files are lost) is to STOP doing anything with the disk in question.
Any "normal" delete operation on the OS does not realy delete anything from the disk but just indicates datablocks as reuseable.

For the first time since long i have been happy with 8.2.2
Tried all the betas and some crashed more some less. Up to a point wherre i dould not save or open a session without a crash.
Upgraded to 8.2.2 and could not save anything anymore without a crash. So i deleted the prefferebce file to start ...
