Yes it is , but not for negotiating price , it’s 380€ plus any fee
Check the forum ,or on KVR , I think there are listings with better prices.

In NAMM news ,Midi2 is official. Hopefully it will help bringing MPE, polyphonic legato and other goodies on Live 10 .
It feels strange that Ableton Push2 hardware jams better in BitWig
