man i would love a reply to this - or a serious addressing of
this issue...

i am afraid to open a new set because i was working
on one and ableton quit, and then when i reopened it i get
a prompt asking to recover my work... i click yes and after
live attempts to restore the set from the undo ...

when i midi assign one of the on/off buttons on my bcr2000 to an on/off function in ableton- it will turn the device off but won't turn it back on. eg: assigning a bcr2000 on/off button to the gate on/off button in LIVE. any help?

can some one tell me how to set up the mpc1000 (jj os) and ableton 7 preferences so that i can midi assign the pads of the mpc to abelton functions? eg: pad one of the mpc turns on gate in abelton. i know how to set up other midi devices with ableton- but could never get my mpc to work. is it ...
