I have this problem also -

when I have Live synced as a rewire slave to Logic 8

when i audition various clips the tempo changes in Logic...

this didn't happen on every clip but as soon as i have auditioned 3 or so
the tempo flipped and went to 112.73 bpm when logic was set at 125bpm ...
