No, the volume drop is still evident on the same system. The biggest hit is converting a rendered version to MP3. I do understand the loss is quality on that end but the cloume reading decreases so much that I'm concerned.

My sound quality and over all volume drops by about 25% or so after the song has been rendered and I have burnt it to disk. It does sound fine the entire time before it is rendered but once that happens for some reason it cuts my output down. We're using a Motu Ultralite and an IMac. Hopefully ...
