Clyphx with Live 10
I have been using the old version of Clyphx for several years (with Live 8 and 9). This is not Clyphx Pro, but the older version, v2.2.1. Since upgrading to Live 10 I can no longer get Clyphx to work. Is it possible to use the old Clyphx with Live 10? Sure would be nice. Thanks.

set Session Record to be constantly ON
I have been performing with Live for years, from Live 6 up to 9. With Live 9's Session Record button, I have been thrown off. I need to be able to have pre-cut midi clips that await me playing into them. As it is, the Session Record button shuts off as soon as I dis-Arm a track. I need to be able (i...

audio glitch anytime a scene is triggered.
I get a glitch in the audio any time I trigger a scene if clips are already playing (clips on any scene). I would like this to stop. Any ideas?
Context: Live 8.2.7, about 15 tracks (3 midi, ~12 audio), Macbook Pro OSX 10.5.8, 4 Gig ram.
Thanks.

Re: noise glitch upon disarming midi track
hi. sorry to take so long to reply. yes, i did eventually get past this problem. unfortunately, i don't remember what the ultimate solution was; it's been a long time. what i can say is that this is not a "bug". it is just a matter of changing settings until it goes away. of course, you sh...

Re: losing audio
You will need to provide more information about your setup and your Live set. Also, what exactly are you doing when the loss of audio occurs? And by "losing audio", do you mean that there is a total cutout? Your set just goes silent?

Stop All Clips button causes glitch in audio
I am experiencing a glitch any time the Stop All Clips button is pressed. The button does stop the clips, but the instant it is triggered I get a quick drop-out in audio. Any ideas?

how can I hear both click cue and main outs in headphones
Hi. I just switched from a MOTU Ultralite 1 to a new Ultralite 3 Hybrid. I cannot seem to get the "cue out" to be what I need, and what it was with the Ultralite 1. I need to hear the metronome click AND the main mix in the headphones. I have set up an audio track to achieve this, but I ha...

how can i set tempo and time signature via midi control?
i'm running Live 7. i would like to be able to program a midi controller so that with the touch of a button i can set tempo and time signature. it just takes too long to bend down and use the mouse to do this between pieces. can this be done? as an alternative, i think it would be fine if scenes cou...

sizing down clip view slots
how can one make the clip tracks narrower? i've seen video of people using live in which their tracks were very narrow and so they could view 2 or 3 times as many tracks at once compared to the standard view. i can't figure out how to resize them.
many thanks.

tempo troubles between Live 7 and Eventide Eclipse
I've connected Live (Macbook Pro) through a MOTU Ultralite to an Eventide Eclipse (MIDI connection from MOTU to Eclipse). It works great except for tempo info. The Eclipse is set to read the clock from midi in, but it lags by 1 to 5 bpm after every tempo change on in Live. I always must set the Ecli...

merging main outs with metronome in cue
Hi I would like to be able to get both the metronome and the main mix in my headphones, but with no metronome heading out the main outs. I'm using Live with a MOTU Ultralite. I seem to be only able to get EITHER the whole mix (or individual tracks) without metronome, OR just the metronome in the hea...

PC messages don't make it through Live.
if i send MIDI CC or note data into Live everything works fine. but if i send PC data (which is not targeted to Live, but to an external device on the other end of the signal chain) into Live, Live absorbs it before it can make it through and get to the box i'm trying to send it to. i can work aroun...

noise glitch upon disarming midi track
Here is a problem. In session view, I have several MIDI tracks lined up. I record a MIDI clip into one of them. I disarm the track, clicking the reddened arm/disarm button at the bottom of the track. When I do this there is an audio pop, and it even seems that the level changes for the track. This h...
