I'd like to point out that even "Waves Tracks" - new free recording software from Waves has these 2 features:

23.976 FPS support
MTC input

But not only for the Canon 5D -
Almost every professional film & tv delivery is 23.976 - certainly over the past 6 years.

(1) Support for 23.976 FPS
(2) Generate / Send / Output MIDI Time Code

I was surprised Live 9 did not address these 2 issues.

Support for 23.976 SMPTE frame rate [ didn't happen, still need ]

Ability to run Live as an AU plugin (like Bidule, Kore, etc.) [ dropping this request ]
