When I tried to install the sampler given on the website, it asked for a serial number which I didn't have at the time so I clicked "cancel". When I tried to install the sampler thing again it said it had already been installed.. but Im guessing that means it doesn't work and still needs to be ...

I know I read in the FAQ about changing the overall latency, but I adjusted it forwards and backwards and it still wasn't 'in sync" with a previously recorded audio track. Perhaps I'm misunderstanding the directions.
