howsabout a "global follow on/off"
so when yr editing a clip it wont keep jumpong to another.
sure you can just copy+paste the clip outside of the group....
but im lazy, and this IS ableton where we can make ridiculous demands, and theyre met ;)
does this make sense? anybody else like it?

how do you mean that i cannot use it like a regular midi keynoard?
it works perfectly otherwise, albeit more latency. i really dig this feature, i like the idea of just using one piece of gear at times.

computer keyboard as controller inconsistency

it seems like whenver i use the computers keyboard to control an instrument that is polyphonic, if i hold down the 'd' and 'e' keys (that is, on the keyboard not the musical scale, which i suppose on the musical scale would be 'e' and 'e b ') anyways...
if i hold these two down, i cannot play any ...
