need some help, on some tracks that I have warped, they warp markers seem to jump or it may be the audio, either way it makes the whole song out of sync, only happens on some tracks, but it has been happening more these days, any clue?

I don't think Live 6 will offer a lot on video editing, but that's cool.
I would do all of my visual editing in Vegas, then when I'm happy with the film.
import it into Live 6 where you will have total freedom to create the soundtrack for the finished film.

Just reading about video support on Live 6, Quality!!!

Really looking forward to it. I produce most of my music on Live 5.
I also edit short films on Vegas video. This new video feature will able me to edit my video as normal on Vegas.
Then import the finished video file into Live 6 ...
