I emailed Live,turns out the first 8.0.8 update had a small MIDI remote script bug in it,but it was fixed the next day.

I downloaded it again ,now everything works perfect.

I did learn a lesson on updating,lol

Cowbell jokes are played out.

Both get stuck,Its so weird,happend like 5 mins in to a song.

Im using an M-audio Oxygen49 keyboard,and a E-MU 0404 Interface.Maybe I need to reinstall the drivers???

I cant use Live till I sort this out,I wish I never did the update.

Having issues with this update,I dont know why,every other update has worked.I did an uninstall/reinstall and it still hasnt helped.

I hit play the cursor keeps getting stuck and wont go pass the first bar?

any suggestions?

I might buy an Oxygen49 keyboard,I know Live has mappings for it,but do the 8 sliders on the Oxygen49 work as a mixer like the Axiom 49?

Yea,email tech support because its a million times faster than using this forum.

It goes into slave mode in USB.

It only allows you to transfer files from the MPC or MV to your computer or vice versa.

I think I might just email technical support.

Does anyone here use a MV or MPC with Ableton Live?

If so,How is this set up?

My Interface does not have midi,So Im guessing I could use something like the M-Audio midi sport or uno.


I plan on buying an MV-8800 in the next few months,Im just trying to sort out all the little things before hand ...

I know the MPD32 doesnt have a driver.It reads it as usb 1/usb 2 in the midi input/outputs of Lives midi control surfaces. Iv had some problems in the past using Akai midi controllers.

Hows the mappings on this?The 8 sliders work to the frist 8 tracks?Is there a master volume slider control?Does ...

Can anyone confirm if this is stable with Live 7.7?

Everytime I try to freeze and flatten a clip to audio Live crashes(serious error message) :(

Im trying to freeze/flatten clips that have effects chains/VSTplugins attached to them,ones that use up my CPU.

Im on XP and have a AMD Dual Core 3800+2.00ghz ,If that helps.

1)How do I map this to Impluse?Recall button then hit a pad?Thats how I do it with the Trigger Finger.


2)Will the pads map to drums racks like the keys do?

I dont use it for Live anymore but if I remember right you should select mpk in/out too in midi preferences. Off the microsoft softsynth, unless you want to use it. The third midi in/out is of the MPK midi in/out, you could use it for hardware synth or whatever, off if you dont use any.Most of ...

I guess no one here owns this and uses it with Live?
