I too am interested in this subject. Recently I upgraded to a 9700X based on the low wattage - less heat, less running costs, less fan noise. Wondering how the AMD X3D chips compare in comparison.

😢 This is most unfortunate. Live 12 has a feature I've wanted since building my system 10 years ago, my trusty Intel Core i7 2600k. Day in day out, the thing has been a work horse.

There is nothing of interest in the L10 browser, just a very limited user "collections" thing which everyone will soon find very pointless. As it misses the point by a hundred ...

I'm very curious about the workflows that they're bringing to the Live 10 browser. Fingers crossed there's something in it for us. Having the ability of searching "Note Text" would be a start...

Any arbitrary textual tagging could take place in the "info text" meta, which ought to be able to be included / excluded from a search.

So long as there are export, import, relocation & repair tools, this is not of concern. In the meantime, I'm using XYplorer to manage & tag my files.
