Live 6 and Supatrigga

I used to use Supatrigga heavily when i was using Live v4 - with great results.

I've moved to Live 6 and im having a few problems...

I seem to get some 'ghost' repeats 1 bar after i have done somethin with supatrigga - i.e at the end of a bar i'll tell it to repeat so i get the 'fill' effect ...

Problem recording enveoples in arrangement.

I've assigned a key (q) to my send knob on channel 1 to toggle it from on full to off.

When i record and press it a few times it looks ok in the arrangement view, but when i stop recording it draws diagional lines from some of the Off values up to the On ...

Ive been using supatrigga for the usual FX while im DJ'ing (which is VERY effective btw :) )

Unfortunately, when i record a set and play it back when i get home, it hasnt recorded the repeat on/off correctly for some reason.

It's hard to explain but it seems to draw a diagonal line between the ...

I have recently replaced my UC33 with the lovely Behringer BCR2000.

Really happy with the Behringer controller, lovin the buttons on it compared to the 'ZX Spectrum' like on the 33!

On the Behringer I have assigned the bottom 3 rows of knobs to each of my 3 sends - on the uc33 i could just turn ...

would you have opened any of these files in an audio editor..?

I remember a post about this before, as soon as you open up a wav in wavelab or similar, even if you dont save it, it still touches the wav file - therefore knocking it out of sync with the asd...

I had a similar prob with my laptop, but i have 2 PCMCIA slots and i have purchased a PCMCIA firewire card, for less that £15, this gives me 2 x 6 pin firewire, which i then plug my M-Audio FW audiophile into...works a treat..!

Some of you were wondering how i knew the track was exactly 127.10 bpm.....i use this handy little app, and it's free too!!

it scans a folder on ur hard drive (i have a "to be warped" folder) and i drop all of my track's in their to get scanned ...

on the controllers side of things i use a uc33, great for lines & knobs! :lol:

i have done a video on how to get full tracks into Live and then warp them so that you can then mix a-la-dj stylee....

give you a scary setup....

Run one of these lovely mac mini's, stick VNC Server on it, and then use your PDA running Pocket PC VNC Viewer to view the screen , Run Live with a pre-loaded set of clips then hook up ur midi controller and play away!!!

I guess it might be a bit fiddly to begin with but ...
