An easy way to unmap parameters with push (delete+press parameter knob) from there associated Macro Knob, so you can tweak and record the parameter inside a rack.

Why not just use the random feature in the groove pool. If you add a 16 quantize preset jack up the random parameter your done. You can even set the quantize to 0 and it still fluctuates the notes.
