after having a play about with my mates copy of Live 5, making sound with operator etc...

when i assign operator to a channel, and then try to open the operator folder in the devices section (on the left) there is no presets. So i can only get 1 sound out of operator.

can anybody help?

think it will be something like Edirol FA-66, Behringer BCR2000 / UC33e, and then a keyboard or trigger finger also.

ye i was going to go with the Edirol FA-66. I've been looking at the mackie controls, they dont have enough nobs for what i want i want to be able to hav hi, mid and low control above each fader as per a dj mixer

is there any way of linking these 2 programs 2 getha? im currently running Traktor 2 and Live 5, is there anyway of using the effects in live over the tracks in traktor? how wud i route it all? at the mo am only using the built in soundcard on my laptop but an m-audio audiophile is on its way!!! help!

It's the hypersonic pulg-in....i can't understand it tho because i've been using Live with hypersonic for months and i've never had any problems before.
