I think, technically, that would be something to talk to the Props about. Ableton is just doing its job and acting as the master in the master/slave rewire relationship- which props is only allowed to act as the slave. Yeah... I have never ever had even a minute of trouble with this- all you have to do is tell them what you're doing- I think they are remarkably flexible on this.

Don't do the Cher/Kanye West style autotune effect! It's not worth it! ;) Well played :D And I totally agree that that particular use of the effect was pretty well over before it began- but - I do hate the sort of prevalent anti-attitude to form around it because there is always room to add a skill...

I think it is kind of funny when people show how little they know about autotune by using the average joe "cher" complaints etc. Yeah- singers should be able to sing- but sometimes a take needs some massaging to sit right in mixes even when the good singers hit it- maybe the take was rushe...
