Re: Does anybody here Use Maschine and Live Exclusively ?
Maschine and Live are the essence of my live setup. But I could not go with just the Maschine hardware as a controller. I use the Maschine hardware to control Drums in the Maschine plug-in, APC40 to control Live's mixer functions/clips/selected device parameters, and Kore controller for send effect...

Re: 10.6 Snow Leopard Ableton Performance
I'm also having issues. Running 7.0.16 and it closes randomly and then I get the report a fault pop up. It ran perfect before hand. I've tried different sets, different file types, with controllers and without. Internal and external drives, core audio and external and it crashes regardless of what's...

Re: Moving to Berlin... Advice?
Thanks for that. Any particular sites? Usual suspects are monster.de and jobscout24. I've used jobserve.com for finding contract work from multinational agencies for German placements - was good for technology field, dunno about your field. And finally, XING is getting more and more use in Germany ...

Re: Moving to Berlin... Advice?
It'll be a bit tougher than some other Germany cities, but there are definitely jobs here. Be prepared to earn less money than Munich, Frankfurt, Duesseldorf, etc, for the equivalent job. Usual search channels: online is good, I've found the newspapers to be pretty poor, but the arbeitsamt surprisi...

I'm also in a similar boat.
Wanting to move to Berlin as soon as I can but the employment thing seems to be an issue.
Any suggestions on sites where I can start looking for employment?
I'm on toytowngermany already.
Cheers,
Kenny

Evolution UC-33 and Korg nanoKontrol
Having some issues setting these 2 controllers up for my live set. The UC works but as soon as I plug the nano in, the UC stops altogether and only works when I turn it off then on again and have the nano disconnected. Can anyone help with how to set these up together? I reckon I'm missing something...

Does anyone use these with ableton?
I was thinking about getting the 1D for DJing with, controlling loops etc and the Maschine for everything else really.
Anyone help?
