yes you're right, I don't think there is a way to make live behave in the same way as mixmeister. I suppose the only thing to do is make sure a track is right before moving onto the next.
I think mixmeister is still available and recently released a update.

I used to use mixmeister some years ago and editing automation will work in the same way. If you want to remove sections then you would need to select the region and then select delete time from the edit menu.

I've been using folded scale notes for a while. You can download all minor key midi files below and then click fold to only show the scale notes.

I don't think the skin actually looks like that. I think that a filter has been applied to the images, have a look at this image http://www.flickr.com/photos/rnrbt/6263645358/in/photostream/ and you can see that the Vengeance VST also has the same tones as Live. I think that a Instagram type filter ...

I hope this colour scheme is included as a theme in Live 9, or it may be Max only...

I've had this problem with other VSTs before. Try changing the name of the .dll file and then rescan, that should work.

Yes this is a very basic function that should be implemented. Also it would be good to be able to enter values using the number keys, maybe double click an automation point and then it would change to a input box.

Thanks for the reply divonic you have explained this very well. Yes you are right I made a mistake, the outputs on the Saffire are balanced while the RCA inputs on the KRKs are not balanced. I will do as you suggest and get some TRS to XLR cables. Thanks again for your help.

I have a Focusrite Saffire 6 USB. I am connecting the Saffire to a pair of Rokit RP5 G2 monitors. Rather than going TRS from the Saffire and TRS into the RP5s (because my leads aren't properly shielded and cause a hum on the monitors), I have some TRS to RCA cables, so I want to go TRS from the Saff...
