Re: Selling - Arturia V Collection 6

So you're selling "activations" and not the whole license?

Re: Live 10 upgrade path

I've been a Live user since Live 2. The Live 10 upgrade pricing is positively ridiculous. I simply won't upgrade until it's offered at a significant discount (Black Friday?).

It honestly makes me want to spend more time working with competing companies that don't price gouge their longtime users.

It's only going to make a difference if you use a lot of sample-based instruments like Omnisphere/Trillian/Kontakt, etc.

Re: The Great BitWig Migration

after 2 hours on the demo my honest not too biased opinion: short version: better than expected but missing key basic features i know a couple people were saying earlier they wouldn't switch because they don't want to learn a new DAW. ill start by saying the transition is almost seamless after a ho...

Re: The Great BitWig Migration

Definitely going to give it a serious look. I make my living with Live, so it definitely wouldn't be an overnight migration for myself. As a professional, it'd be kind of silly for me to NOT take a look at what could be the evolution of the paradigm I work in. It would be equally as silly to jump o...

Stuck midi notes?

I'm on Live 9.1 and am experiencing lots of stuck midi notes all of a sudden. Any ideas why this could be happening?

Anybody here warp acapellas for $?

Are any of you guys down to warp acapellas for a fee? I absolutely despise doing it and would rather pay someone to get it done.

Let me know!

ps I already googled this and it seems like most of the "companies" that were offering this service are no longer in business..

Re: Am I going mad? - Utility

I've run into this issue a few times myself. My guess is that Ableton made the range smaller so it would be easier to automate.

Re: New Maschine Studio and Maschine 2.0 Update

Totally agreed Mehalic! Long time Maschine user here (since release) and long term Live user (Live since version 2 and this year Push). The combination of Push and Maschine Studio together is seductively awesome. In particular, I love arming the MIDI track hosting Maschine in Live 9 with Push in No...

Re: Which option? Live 9 Standard+Komplete vs Live 9 Suite.

I can unequivocally recommend Komplete over Suite. I have both and rarely use anything in Suite. I use synths/samples from Komplete every day.

You may want to wait until Black Friday to make a purchase though. N.I. usually has a sale on that day.
