i had exactly the same problem. there is another thread with this information on this forum (was maybe 6 weeks ago). as cosmosuave says you have to change the midi message sent from the bcr2000 to live. rtfm and good luck

i also use the bcr2000, i confirm the quality of the gear is not the best i have seen. when i received it i had to send it back to the factory because of a broken button. by my side i use the buttons to mute and solo the tracks and the knobs for volume and fx sends. with the upper knobs i control so...

split it into 4 parts, then burn it with no pause between the parts.
most cd burning programs give by default a pause of 2 seconds between the tracks, just select 0 seconds and you should have what you want.

you can also synchronize via midi the drum machine and live,
then use live as master and record via the external audio imputs of your soundcard.
you can do it with midi clock or mtc.
and you won't have to cut the samples

the system suggested by adamjay looks very intersting... i never thought about making this way. my previous experiences with the redsound stuff was good. already years ago they produced a small box called "voyager" who could recognize the beat and send the midi clock to a sequencer. in the...
