i'm also disappointed in this. no dual screens??? means my work flow is still bull sh**.
shame on Live 8. even the step sequencer they made is crappy.

the browser is just too slow in previewing small things like kick and snare etc. and that time delay ruins my work flow. and i dont care about the syncing capabilites when previewing. im not a dj.... i just need fast previewing like it is in Flstudio. PLEASE_!

+ 1 billion! this is really needed. some people dont like piano rolls for drums. if they do this they will be no need for GURU or even people rewireing flstudio with ableton.

after just opening a few vsts in ableton. the gui seems to be slow and the cpu level seems resonable like around 8%. this is my setup: Quadcore, 8gb ram, x64 vista, emu1212m soundcard. my computers works well with other daw hosts. i just dont know why its slow as hell in ableton just after a few vst...

i have the prelistening turn off and all those stuff that lags the browse.. i will like to see a video of someone using the browse and its playing every audio fast.
