Whats the deal with PT 6.9 & Tiger ? It allows you to use multiple sound cards for one aplication? Like the Core Audio (PT) & the built in Audio?

I have live 4 and I use my M-Box. My question is how can i Configure LIVE so i Can audition samples before droping them in a track?
I'm trying to play a live performance and I need to be able to hear trough my headphones befor i play the samples.

Hi! I trying to connect to laptops using miidi but our midi-keyboards dont have misi thru. I heard you can by a small external device to conect in & out from on laptop to another. Is like a small little bos or something.
I try looking for it but no good.
If anyone knows what a good way to do this ...

looking to collaborate I have a wide range of musical taste. Breaks, Drum &Bass, Deep House.
I have some gigs but I neeed someone with portable computer or music machine to carry on.
I have rehearsal space in Allston and a good Sound System to set up and jam.

Thx ,, the thing is that in in the preference/audio/routing window i can't select different outputs . (master & Prelisten)
They both have the same out line. no window scrolls down for other option.

I'm using live 3.0 with an M-Box , how do i get to listen to my samples on the headphones ? specially when using live in slave mode.
Were shound i plug them????
