Quick question... already sent to support but I'm sure they are super busy...

Anyone know if I upgrade from 6 to 7 now will I be able to install the upgrade on 2 machines, 1 mac and 1 windows?

looks like upgrading to 7 before 8 is the cheapest option.

I do 6hr sets with Live running every Saturday.

The only issue is the record, you have to remember to start the recording over before it stops on you. I usually just try to restart the recording every hour.

But if you're not recording, you should have no issues with long sets.

So I'm trying to take advantage of the digital inputs on my DJM800.

Been looking around the net trying to find a firewire soundcard that 4 digital outputs but am having no luck.

Anyone know of any soundcards that have 4 digital outs?

The Zero8 looks like 8 knobs per channel, which is nice. Maybe even ten, if those two above the divider are assignable. However, I'm left wanting buttons. BUTTONS per track people! Let's see. Use 4 channels in Ableton, get 4 controllers run it thru 4 channels on a DJ mixer and It'd be like spinning on 4 CDJs.

Are there any products out right now that are Intel Mac compatible that someone can DJ with? Excluding Ableton/Serato/Final Scratch. I already have Ableton. I will probably be purchasing M-Audio's Torq when it comes out, but was looking to maybe demo some other products in the meantime. Traktor does...

I tried taking an old keyboard apart and putting it back together in a manner that would work out best for me the other night. Ended up with 4 "channels" of keys with space in between where I left keys empty. Each channel has play, stop, 3 loops buttons, and 3 extra buttons which I haven't...

Are their any controllers out there that have enough buttons on them?

It seems like no one really makes just a controller with buttons on it.
I'd love to just have play,stop, & loop buttons for each channel... maybe 6 channels worth.

DJM 800 & DJM 1000 have great sound quality. They are NOT the DJM600. They sound just as good as an A&H 92 or Rane in a club setting. The DJM has 61 commands but it's 1 command per control. How many knobs/buttons do I have to push on the Nuo to get all 89 commands? I hate having to push more...
