Re: Way to just delete the number in front of the VST name?
How strange, the number comes back when I rename it. It starts as "8 Nerve" and when I rename it to "Nerve" and hit enter it changes back to "8 Nerve".

Way to just delete the number in front of the VST name?
Let's say I want to just call the track the name of the plugin and get rid of the number that is in front of the name of the VST. How do I do this?

Re: Remove distinction between FREEZE and FLATTEN
I think a better way to implement this would be to have something in the rightclick context menu that would allow the user to just skip the freeze step and just go to flatten directly. Keep freeze in there, too, because sometimes it's useful for CPU conservation and a couple other things.

I think that it really depends on the preferences of the person using the equipment. Either way, having more choices available is a win for everyone. Maybe not the manufacturers, but certainly the consumers.

I've got one. It's a slam dunk product, really. For a couple hundred bucks this thing is worth every shiny penny.

I was moving an old coffee table across the room, and one of the legs fell off. My first thought was "ctrl - z".

Re: Reducing sample rate?
Here's a site where you can compare different aspects of SRC algorhythms from various softwares. http://src.infinitewave.ca/ The iZotope 64-bit SRC seems to be the best actually. if you are on a Mac, Wave Editor is $79 and includes the Izotope conversion and dithering stuff... Yup, thanks. It's jus...

Re: Reducing sample rate?
Yeah dude, I do. I want to be able to burn it to a CD player so that the track will play on car stereos, and I'd like it to be the best quality it can be. : /Tone Deft wrote:Kevin Rothi wrote:"Say I have a file that's 24/192, What's the best way to get it to CD quality?"

I'd really rather not drop an instance of Ozone on everything I want to widen. What do you mean by "nativity ableton plugs under utilities"?abort wrote:Ozone 4 works fine on my single core processor, you might want to use the nativity ableton plugs under utilities.

Stereo imaging plugin?
Does anyone know of a good plugin that can make something wider in the stereo field? Something like the stereo image parameter of Ozone 4 that doesn't slaughter CPU would be awesome. Thanks!
