dude i'm really digging this mix.. its helping me get through an otherwise very boring morning at work..

you can mix keys that are compatible with each other..

C is compatible with F & G... so don't worry just mix them!!!

look up key mixing in google and i'm sure you'll find a chart with all compatible keys..

i believe it has.. there's a little headphone button just above the piano roll that toggles it on/off..

Xstation rocks.. has built in synth based on the Novation K-station and you can get some wicked sounds out of it..

This is the first track I've done completely in Ableton Live 4.. I can't see myself ever using anything else.. I've never really taken advantage of the advanced features of the other big sequencers so I don't know what I'm missing! Ableton is so easy to punch out ideas and get everything sounding ...

If you rename one of the 'scenes' down the right hand side with '94bpm' when you play that scene the bpm changes.. then when you want to go back to 115.. make another scene and rename the trigger on the RHS '115bpm'..

Easy!

got it all cranking last night.. I've never had more fun tweaking the one loop than last night.. I sat there tweaking the MS20 for about an hour..

i have the x-station.. when i go to assign knobs in ableton only some of them are sending a signal.. what do i change so they can all be assigned?
